Vintage green-glazed banded barrel pitcher manufactured by Nelson McCoy Pottery circa the 1920s to 1930s. This is the highly collectible 6-inch, 1-quart variant - perfect for display on a kitchen hutch, shelf, or as part of an antique stoneware collection. Excellent vintage condition. True to certain highly sought-after factory production runs of this era, the bottom of this pitcher is fully glazed. Like the vast majority of McCoy utilitarian stoneware from this early production era, this piece is unmarked. Authenticity is verified strictly through its iconic barrel stave mold pattern and classic green glaze application over the traditional yellowware clay body. Measures 6" tall x 7" from handle to spout.
