Vintage Chinese Carved Red Cinnabar and Black Lacquer Plate
$38.00
Vintage Chinese carved Cinnabar plate with foliate rim. Depicts two women in a boat surrounded by foliage. Hand carved lacquer allows for the high-relief, detailed layers of the scene. The plate is beautiful, but does show some wear consistent with it's mid 20th century age. Measures 9 1/2" in diameter and sits 1" tall.
